Abelian Pro Ver 1.0.2

The Abelian Pro mobile wallet has recently been updated to version 1.0.2, which includes minor bug fixes. Over the past three months, our tech team has released an average of two updates per month. The latest feature allows users to directly import 24-word mnemonic lists — recovery phrases used for accessing existing wallets.

For desktop users, each mnemonic phrase corresponds to a wallet linked to a sequence of numbers. Each number in this sequence represents a unique account with its own private key. For example, if there are sequence numbers 1 through 4, there are four separate accounts, each with its own private key. Similarly, when importing a mnemonic list into the Abelian Pro mobile app, the first four accounts associated with sequence numbers 1 to 4 are automatically set up, each maintaining its unique private key. This feature enables users to manage these accounts just as they would with any others created within the mobile app.

This new import function is particularly useful for desktop wallet users, such as miners, who are transitioning to the mobile wallet. Miners often use the account associated with sequence number 1 to receive ABEL payouts from mining pools. By importing their mnemonic list into the mobile app, they can readily access their ABEL coins in this primary account.
