Abelian Building the Future of ABEL Mining: The ABEL-Nakamoto Hardware Path

Expanding Quantum-Resistant Mining Through Transparency and Innovation
Momentum is building at Abelian.
As the network continues to advance its post-quantum blockchain infrastructure, we’re excited to share a major step forward in the evolution of ABEL-Nakamoto mining.
Following the successful Aconcagua Fork, the Abelian R&D team has been moving fast. Research, development, and testing of dedicated mining hardware built specifically for the ABEL-Nakamoto consensus algorithm have been underway, and that work has now reached an important milestone.
➤ ABEL-Nakamoto Hardware Mining Is Live
Over the past several weeks, the Abelian R&D team has designed, deployed, and internally operated a hardware mining machine purpose-built for the quantum-resistant ABEL-Nakamoto mining algorithm. Since shortly after the Aconcagua Fork, the system has been running stably on the network.
This confirms something important: ABEL-Nakamoto hardware mining is not a future concept. It is already live. More importantly, it demonstrates that post-quantum mining is being implemented in practice, not just in theory.
This milestone reflects Abelian’s commitment to real-world execution, transparent development, and long-term network resilience. By sharing this progress early, the team aims to give the community clear visibility into how quantum-resistant mining infrastructure is being built today and where the protocol is heading next.
➤ Limited Early Release for the Community in Q1
To mark this next phase, Abelian plans to release a small number of ABEL-Nakamoto mining machines to the community.
An initial batch of 20 units will be made available to early supporters who want to participate directly in ABEL-Nakamoto mining. To ensure fair access, purchases will be limited to two units per supporter.
Pricing and availability details will be announced separately. This first batch will be treated as a limited edition. Each unit is planned to include a physical ABEL commemorative coin, along with additional swags and surprises for early buyers.
➤ Looking Ahead: Broader Access and Mass Production
Following the limited release, Abelian intends to move toward mass production, enabling broader access to ABEL-Nakamoto mining hardware at a more affordable price point. Future units are planned to be made available through Abelian’s official online store, supporting wider participation across the global community.
➤ Building What Comes After Proof of Work as We Know It
This initiative is about more than hardware.
It represents Abelian’s long-term vision for a secure, decentralized, and future-proof mining ecosystem, one designed from the ground up for a post-quantum world. Step by step, that vision is becoming real.
More details will be shared as the program continues. We’re excited to build the next chapter of quantum-resistant mining together with the Abelian community.
