What’s an MLP Pseudo-Private Wallet Address?

This innovative wallet type offers enhanced privacy and efficiency for modern transactions:

1.💰 Cheaper and More Efficient Transactions

The size of a pseudo-private coin is several times smaller than that of a fully-private coin. This means that a pseudo-private transaction is more efficient and consumes significantly less gas fees. As a result, you can now enjoy quantum-resistant security and a pseudo-private level of privacy by choosing to use a pseudo-private wallet account.

2.🔒 Post-Quantum Privacy

A pseudo-private transaction on Abelian offers a level of privacy comparable to Bitcoin's: the balance and transaction amount are public, while the wallet addresses remain pseudorandom. This is in contrast to a fully-private wallet, where both the wallet balance and all transaction amounts are hidden from the public, at the cost of efficiency. Abelian users can still access fully-private wallet accounts by using the desktop wallet, available for multiple platforms on the official Abelian download page.

3. 📋 Support for 24-Word Wallet Mnemonic (Recovery Phrase) Backup and Import

Similar to the Abelian Desktop Wallet, the new Abelian Pro mobile app also supports the backup and import of a wallet account directly using its 24-word mnemonic list, also known as the Recovery Phrase. As a reminder to all users, please back up the recovery phrases for all your wallet accounts. You are the only one who knows your master secret key—your Recovery Phrase.
