Community, Lead/ Specialist (Web3/ Blockchain)

We are seeking a dynamic Community, Lead/ Specialist to drive the growth and engagement of our online communities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Chinese, with a deep understanding of web 3 communities, social media trends, and cultural nuances. This role requires a creative thinker who can create compelling content, foster community engagement, leverage media and KOL partnerships, and possess creative design capabilities to accelerate our growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Translation:

• Medium: Create engaging content between English and Chinese, ensuring alignment with project goals and audience interests. Publish and manage content to attract and retain followers.

• Twitter / X: Develop and translate content for Twitter / X to boost engagement and follower growth. Regularly update, manage, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

• Telegram, Discord and Rebox: Craft and share content on multiple platforms. Actively interact with community members, answer questions, and foster a vibrant, active, and supportive community environment.

• Creative Design: Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content for social media and other digital platforms. Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging.

Growth and Engagement:

• Integrate and execute community growth strategies tailored to different platforms.

• Identify and leverage trends, opportunities, and community feedback to drive engagement.

• Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Handle ad targeting, placement, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize ad spend and maximize ROl.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Implement comprehensive campaign strategies to promote community initiatives and events.

• Apply creative thinking to identify and leverage trends, ensuring campaigns resonate with the target audience.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.

• Use data insights to refine tactics and improve overall community management efforts.

Media and KOL Partnerships:

• Conduct research to identify potential media partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Negotiate and manage partnerships to amplify our reach and credibility.

• Collaborate with partners to create co-branded content and campaigns.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and community engagement.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on community interactions to enhance overall company strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Extensive experience in content creation, translation, and social media management.

• Deep understanding of social media trends and cultural differences between English-speaking and Chinese-speaking communities.

• Experience in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including ad targeting, placement, and performance analysis.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in online communities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or related fields.

• Experience working with digital media channels such as Medium, Twitter, Telegram, Rebox and Discord.

• Practical experience in digital marketing strategies.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Familiarity with web 3 communities and post-quantum safe technologies is a plus.

• Experience with data analytics tools and community management platforms.
