We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and action-focused builder to own the growth of a retail-focused crypto business. The vision is set; your mission is to make adoption happen — fast.

You will take the lead on developing and executing the entire crypto business project, from marketing strategy to real-world growth. This is not a support role. You drive the agenda, you own the outcomes. If you love making things happen and want to build something meaningful in crypto and Web3, this is your call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for a retail-focused crypto product.
• Drive user adoption: design campaigns, build communities, and grow the user base.
• Own crypto marketing end-to-end: content, social, partnerships, and community channels.
• Identify market opportunities and proactively translate them into business initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with the founding team to align business and product priorities.
• Track performance metrics and iterate relentlessly to improve results.

• Deeply passionate about crypto, Web3, and the communities that drive this industry.
• A natural leader who thrives without hand-holding and energizes the people around you.
• Sharp, strategic thinker who also knows how to get hands dirty and execute.
• Retail-minded: you understand what makes everyday users tick in the crypto world.

What You Bring:

• Strong background in crypto marketing — you know the channels, the culture, and the metrics.
• Proven ability to execute: you have built campaigns or business initiatives from zero.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in the language of crypto: DeFi, wallets, tokenomics, on-chain growth — no explaining needed.
• Exceptional communication skills — you can rally a team and represent the brand externally.
